Get in touch
If you're thinking about counselling, anger management counselling or coaching, you're welcome to contact me. The initial conversation is free, and asking a question doesn't commit you to anything.
How to enquire
Just let me know your name, the best way to reply to you, and whether you're asking about counselling, anger management counselling or coaching (or aren't sure yet). You can say a little about what's prompting you to get in touch if you'd like to, but there's no need to go into detail.
I'll get back to you to arrange a short initial conversation, free of charge, where you can ask questions and we can think about whether working together feels right.
Please don't include detailed personal, medical or crisis information in your first message. We can talk about those things properly once we're in touch.
